1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Newera Smart Spaces ("the Company") provides the following Limited Warranty exclusively for the installation work performed by our certified technicians. This warranty guarantees that the installation services rendered were executed in a professional, high-quality, and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and the agreed-upon project specifications.

2. Warranty Duration

This Limited Warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of substantial completion of the installation services.

3. Scope of Coverage​
​
This warranty specifically covers defects and failures that arise solely as a direct result of faulty workmanship during the initial installation process. If, within the warranty period, the installation fails due to a demonstrable error in our work (e.g., improper mounting, incorrect electrical wiring performed by our team, structural failure directly related to attachment methods used by the Company), Newera Smart Spaces will, at its sole discretion, repair or re-perform the defective installation services at no additional cost to the client.

4. Exclusions and Limitations (What This Warranty Does NOT Cover)

This Limited Warranty is strictly limited to the quality of the installation workmanship and does not cover damages or failures resulting from causes other than the original installation work. The following are explicitly excluded from coverage:

Client Negligence or Misuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, operation, maintenance, or use of the installed equipment or hardware by the client or third parties.

Weight and Stress: Failures or damages caused by applying excessive or inappropriate weight, stress, or load to mounted installations beyond the manufacturer's specified limits or intended use.

Accidents and Impacts: Damage resulting from physical impacts, collisions, dropping, or similar accidents.

Third-Party Alterations: Any modifications, repairs, or service performed by personnel other than authorized Newera Smart Spaces technicians voids this warranty entirely.

Environmental Factors and Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flood, lightning, severe weather events, power surges, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

Normal Wear and Tear: Routine aging, cosmetic issues, or normal wear and tear of materials or installed products.

Product/Equipment Warranties: This warranty covers only the installation service; it does not cover the product or equipment itself, which is subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any).

5. Disclaimer
​
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by Newera Smart Spaces regarding installation services. The Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. How to Make a Claim
​
To initiate a warranty claim, the client must notify Newera Smart Spaces in writing promptly after discovering the alleged defect, providing proof of the original installation date and a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue.
